Gluten Free Slow Cooker Freezer Meals

The idea of freezer cooking has always intrigued me, but I've always shied away from it myself.

Why? For one, I thought we didn't have enough freezer space (which I've since learned wasn't really true), and I also thought it would be much too challenging to come up with gluten-free, dairy-free freezer meals to match our dietary restrictions.

Boy was I wrong!

As I've been digging around the internet here lately, I've discovered a plethora of gluten-free, dairy-free freezer meal recipes!

And, my parents gifted us with a chest freezer this past Christmas!

I now have no excuse not to experiment with freezer cooking! I'm hoping to dip my feet into this method of cooking this summer. I believe it may help simplify our lives, and we will run to the taco truck down the street much less often during busy seasons. 😉
